The Slim Quick directions for the weight loss program uses a capsule (diet pill).It is intended to help women in reaching their weight loss goals by serving as a fat burner.
There are many other products on the market that are manufactured to help women in the weight loss process. There are very few reviews from users available on the internet for the Slim Quick diet, however.
The Slim Quick directions, from the provider’s website, state that the dieter should begin dosage for the program during the first week by taking a capsule in the morning before breakfast. The Slim Quick directions go on to state that another dose should be taken six hours later (another capsule). The capsules should be taken each on an empty stomach with eight ounces of water.
Next the Slim Quick directions state that the dieter, after the first week has gone by, should then take two capsules in the morning before breakfast, and two more capsules six hours later, once again with eight ounces of water and on an empty stomach.
The Slim Quick directions may be difficult for the dieter to monitor with the rigorous dosing schedule and may well be time consuming.
As with any diet, make sure to consult a health care provider before starting.

A new study in the nutritional benefits of olive oil, conducted by The Environmental, Biochemical, and Nutritional Analytical-Control Research Group, directed by Professors Alberto Fernández Gutiérrez and Antonio Segura Carretero, was completed recently. This study determined that consumption of olive oil rich in polyphenols (natural antioxidants) enhances the health of people suffering from oxidative stress, and is also highly helpful in the deterrence of cell aging and osteoporosis.
Olive oil is already recognized for numerous other health benefits, which include the following;

Cantaloupe is probably the most popular member of the melon family. This orange-hued, lush and sweet fruit is in season from June to August, although it can be bought in supermarkets throughout the year.
Just like papaya, carrots and similar-colored fruits and veggies, cantaloupe is rich in beta carotene which, once absorbed by the body, is converted into vitamin A. This in turn promotes speedy tissue growth and repair, builds and strong immune system and is good for your vision. Cantaloupe is also an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B3, potassium, folic acid and it is rich in dietary fibers.
Interestingly enough, the vitamin A content of cantaloupe is found to be particularly beneficial for smokers or second-hand smokers since it promotes lung health. Those who have vitamin A deficiency are more prone to lung disease and emphysema, and including a healthy dose of vitamin A-rich foods is one solution to avoid them. Due to its numerous health benefits, cantaloupe should always be part of your weekly grocery items list.
