Drive Medical’s Home Bed Assist Rail For Those With Movement Problems

How many times have you had difficulty going to and going  out of bed?  No, I am not referring to the difficulty we all experience when we can’t even open up our eyes after a nap or a long sleep. I am referring to the physical difficulty of getting out of bed.

A home medical equipment just like the Home Bed Assist Rail by Drive Medical can be a very good aid for those who have movement trouble especially when it comes to getting in and out of bed.

If you have just had surgery or just gave birth (normal or Cesarean procedure) then you should check out this product.

You can place it on either side of your bed and it is so easy to strap in you can take it along with you for use in any bed in the house.   Don’t worry about it getting lose when you hold on to it because it has a safety strap and it can fit in any bed size.

What I like about this home medical equipment is that it does not require any tool for assembly; just strap it in and it’s good and ready.  Durability is not a question as this 11.5″ wide and 20.75 tall rail  is made of coated steel which also makes for easy cleaning.  Anyone who is below 250 lbs can use it.

Sweet Kiwi

I just recently heard Maroon 5’s song “Kiwi” from their latest album. Although the mention of the fruit in the song is from an entirely different context, I think that the real essence of the fruit is worth discussing here.

Kiwi, or Chinese Gooseberry is a lusciously unique fruit which is great for cereals, snacks and desserts. This fruit is great for those who are on a diet: it is low in fat, sodium and is cholesterol-free.

Kiwi is also high in dietary fibers, it is an excellent source of vitamins C, E, and it also contains iron and potassium. Just a hint of warning, though, for those who love to add fruits to their sweets:  an enzyme in kiwi does not make it ideal for milk or Jello molds. They are better off as an edible garnish for those delectable desserts.

All in all, this rich-colored, centuries-old fruit does give out essential health benefits which makes it a must-have in any kitchen.
