Angina is also called as angina pectoris and it can give you chest pains which are very painful and can cause lot of stress. This pain is mainly due to myocardial ischemia which means lack of blood and oxygen supply to the heart muscle. The reason for this is mainly due blockages in one or more arteries of the heart.
This pain is mainly felt as an uncomfortable pressure, heaviness, squeezing of the muscles, tightening and the continuous ache. Angina is mainly felt in the breastbone and branches out in areas like the neck, jaw, thigh, arms, back, and shoulder and sometimes in rare incidents may also occur in teeth.
The basic triggering factor for angina attacks is due to physical exertion. Even a simple task like walking, climbing stairs, jogging, and lifting things can cause angina attacks. There are other factors too such as stress, mental pressure and tension, being exposed to extreme cold or heat temperatures, consumption of alcohol can cause angina as well.
How to prevent angina:
Lower your cholesterol which risks your heart.
Have cantaloupe juice everyday, which contains adenosine for thinning the blood. This would help in proper supply to the heart muscle.
Raise your bed level or keep your head raised as these would help in reducing your angina attacks at night.
Avoid exertion of any type.
Avoid oily and spicy food.
Of course ask your physician for the best ways to avid angina.

Science is as close as it’s ever been to conquering aging and implementing human growth hormone and weight.
Human growth hormone (HGH) is produced in the body by the pituitary gland and is plentiful during childhood and adolescence, but its levels decrease dramatically as we grow older.
Numerous scientific studies have shown that restoring levels of HGH in aging individuals can have dramatic effects for human growth hormone and weight loss. One landmark study, published in 1990 in The New England Journal of Medicine, found that 12 men who took HGH had an increase in lean muscle and bone density and a decrease in fat, while nine men who didn’t take it experienced none of these changes.
Emerging data about human growth hormone and weight shows that the generation of products sold via the Internet and in health stores as dietary supplements is not regulated as drugs by the FDA and claim to produce the same effects for a reduced price.
When it comes to human growth hormone and weight loss, before purchasing from a health food store or via the Internet, ask if the company has solid scientific evidence published in reputable medical journals about the product’s effectiveness. I could just be another attempt by diet companies to make a simple issue complicated in order to sell a product.
As well, when in doubt, ask your physician.
