Putting beans on top of your favorite foods list may sound boring, but there are a lot of ways that they can be enjoyed. Navy beans taste great in Mexican bean burritos, Italian pasta, chili, bean soup and baked beans.
The thing that I like most about beans is that eating them gets my stomach really full, yet they do not add inches to my hips, legs and thighs. They are a healthy, alternative source of the protein and carbs that your body needs minus the fattening components.
