The Ultra-Unique And Uber-Healthy Bok Choy

You would often see Bok Choy or Chinese cabbage incorporated in Asian dishes. This Chinese version of the cabbage that we know here in the US has an entirely different appearance and a unique flavor. Bokchoy has white, elongated stalks and ruffled green or blue-green leaves. This veggie has a light, almost bitter flavor which tastes great when used in salads and soups.
